How long will it take for my products to arrive?

Our brands make most of their products made-to-order, so please allow up to two (2) weeks for your products to arrive.

PS: Please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to receive and process your order.

 

Where does Aloor Beauty ship?

ALOOR BEAUTY currently ships to all 50 states. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.

"I can't find my tracking number"

Having problems with your tracking number?

We hate when that happens! Sometimes it takes the carrier 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. 

Can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email us at hello@aloorbeauty.com.

Do your brands test on animals?

Where are the brand products manufactured and formulated?

They are manufactured in the United States by FDA skincare standards.

Are the ingredients natural, non-GMO or organic in the products?

Products are 100% natural over here. If that ever changes we will surely let you know.

Are the products gluten-free and soy-free?

Yes. All products are gluten-free and soy-free.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry it didn’t work out. No hard feelings though! Please reach out to hello@aloorbeauty.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

What’s Aloor Beauty's return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us at hello@aloorbeauty.com and we'll help you place the return. All merch is final sale.

How long does it take to process an Aloor Beauty return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. 

 

BILLING

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, other major credit cards or debit cards, and Paypal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders. 

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered.

Is your card expired?

Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us why for security purposes, so it’s best to check with them.
